Print it Up featuring Anthony Valentini – Part 2

Print it Up featuring Anthony Valentini – Part 2

In the first segment of “Print it up,” we decided to go for a neutral printed shirt with dressier accents. This time around we wanted to do the opposite; go bolder in the shirt, but with a casual everyday feel!

Similarly to the last segment, I built the look around the shirt and in this case it was Anthony’s blue and red paisley button up. I paired the shirt with white bleached denim, aviator sunglasses, a brown leather bracelet, an orange classic faced watch, and taupe suede loafers.

Paisley is definitely one of my favorite prints. It’s bold enough to make a statement, but versatile enough that it can be paired with almost anything. As opposed to classic menswear prints such as checks and plaids, paisleys have a unique shape which allows them to be easily paired with classic items already found in your closet.

If you’re a frequent reader of the blog you know that I strongly believe that having a transitional wardrobe is key. The versatility found in this outfit has the ability to adapt to suit any occasion life may throw at you. This look can be worn when attending a weekend barbeque or going for drinks with friends on the patio.  By adding a blazer and dressier shoes you can transform your look from daytime casual to night ready in no time.
